Chiropody
A State Registered Podiatrist / Chiropodist can improve mobility, and maintain fit, active, and pain free feet. You do not need to be referred by your GP, however the Chiropodist may liase with them if necessary. Remember mobility and independence are essential to the quality of life and should not be considered a luxury. Unfortunately for many immobility is common because of painful feet.
What can chirpody treat?
Removal of callous and corns
Nail management
Ingrown toenail
Verrucae and warts
Biomechanical Assessment
Provision of orthotics
Sports injuries
Footwear advice and modifications.
