Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a patient centred therapy that uses gentle manual techniques on the body to overcome pain, immobility and disease that result from dysfunction of the body's structures. Osteopaths use a wide range of techniques in their treatment to help create a healthier state in which damaged tissue can heal. This includes massage of muscles and connective tissue, adjustment and mobilisation of joints, visceral and cranial techniques.

Cranial Osteopathy is a refined and subtle type of osteopathic treatment that uses very gentle manipulative pressure to encourage the release of stresses throughout the body, including the head. The aim is to relieve the current symptoms and also improve the underlying health of the tissues as far as possible. Because it is gentle, this type of treatment is suitable for everyone from newborn babies to the very elderly.
