Shiatsu
In Japanese, "Shiatsu" means finger pressure and has been described as needle-free acupuncture. Performed through clothing, the practitioner uses fingers, thumbs, elbows, knees and even feet in a combination of techniques. The pressure may range from very gentle to strong, depending on your state of health. Shiatsu works on the whole body to offer a profoundly relaxing and releasing treatment and stimulates energy flow in the body. Regular Shiatsu treatments help protect the body from ill health.
What can it treat?
Low energy levels
Backache
Joint pain
Headaches
Migraines
Digestive problems
Menstrual disorders
