Osteopathy is a patient centred therapy that uses gentle manual techniques on the body to overcome pain, immobility and disease that result from dysfunction of the body’s structures. Osteopaths use a wide range of techniques in their treatment to help create a healthier state in which damaged tissue can heal. This includes massage of muscles and connective tissue, adjustment and mobilisation of joints, visceral and cranial techniques.

Children (10+): First consultation – £55
