Making New Year resolutions?
January is for many of us a classic month to try to feel inspired and energised to change our unhealthy lifestyles and throw out all our bad habits, but if we are anything but human, it’s only too common that our good intentions can run out of steam, and we can gradually or very quickly find ourselves returning back to those very tendencies that we hoped to be free of, within a few short weeks after making our resolutions.
Balance with Homeopathy
Homeopathy, like all other holistic treatment systems, is all about returning to balance. A balance that is not a static, fixed state, but a dynamic state which means that it is always a continually shifting flow, one which generates possibility and solutions towards growth and opening, instead of stagnation and being stuck in chronic patterns and pain week after week, and year after year. Our bodies need to keep changing and maturing and homeopathic treatment uses the essences of herbs and natural substances to help that process.
It is a natural system that uses herbs and minerals mostly, but with a difference – the remedies are very diluted and only retain the essence and healing property of each substance, so that the treatment is focused, very pure, and natural, and without harmful side-effects that complicated pharmaceutical drugs and treatments can cause, due to other ingredients that often make up the formula.
Homeopathy is safe for everyone
Homeopathy is safe enough to be used on anyone, at all ages, and it is often favoured by those who prefer to stay away from conventional medicines which over time can cause addiction and dependency, and also, sometimes, a build-up of unwanted side-effects, which then can lead to needing to take even more medicines to keep newer symptoms under control. Homeopathic remedies can also be used alongside regular medication, to help ease side-effects, so the drug load of synthetic chemicals in the body can be kept to an absolute minimum.
What is it good for?
muscular aches and pains
stages of pregnancy – morning sickness and labour pains
Babies – teething or colic issues in young infants
Longstanding trauma injuries from many years back, by resolving trauma patterns within the body
